Defining the Process

Real estate decisions can be difficult and complicated, which is why it’s crucial to take an informed approach. Through this service offering, you can count on me to guide you in every step of the process.

What to expect:

1. Let's first get you prequalified by a lender. 

2. We will search for a property that meets your criteria, tour the home and analyze the value.

3. When you find what you're looking for we will submit an offer that you feel comfortable with. 

4. If accepted, we will begin the process starting with reviewing the sellers disclosures, documents, HOA, etc. and hire an inspector, appraiser and anyone else you may want a professional opinion from. When all conditions are met and everything checks out, the finish line is in sight.

5. Your lender will lock in your rate, I walk you through closing and excitedly place your keys in your hand!
